As a Production Coordinator in Cape Town for two consecutive years, I was responsible for orchestrating all aspects of production for a demanding series of shoots. This role required me to manage logistics, scheduling, and resources for 18 consecutive shoots within a three-week period each year. My duties included coordinating with local vendors, securing locations, arranging talent and crew travel, and ensuring that all shoots ran smoothly and on time. I also handled on-the-ground problem-solving, often anticipating and addressing potential challenges before they could impact the production schedule. My experience in this role demonstrates my ability to manage complex, high-pressure projects in a foreign setting while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and quality.
